One of the best “Management” books I have read is Clive Woodward’s “Winning”. He talks about taking over the England Rugby Team and turning them into the World Cub Winning Squad of 2003.
In the book, he talks about self managed teams and defines teams having two types of members, “Energy Sappers” who drain the lifeblood from a team and “Energisers” who bring life and passion to a team.
